Fantastic service from start to finish - not an easy move because we were on 3 floors with difficult access.  However, the guys made it seem effortless and worked so hard over 2 long days.  Very friendly and a reasonable price for what was back breaking work. Highly recommend.

We can't praise this Company more highly. From the initial telephone call with Justin just 6 days before we were moving, he and his team managed our move seamlessly. Sam, Matt and Nick did a fantastic job on the day with the utmost care of our possessions. They were smiley, courteous, professional and respectful. Justin followed up with a telephone call to us to check that we were happy and everything had gone well. We very much felt we were in safe hands and could not have wished for anything better. This is the second time I've used Sunshine removals and neither move has been straight forward. If I could mark them out of 100, I would give them 100. It's rare that a company can be perfect, but I cannot fault anything. The price, I believe was incredibly reasonable. The communication and flexibility - and also the understanding of the situation - was absolutely spot on. Todays move was Hove  Hove > Billingshurst > Barns Green. It involved multiple pickups and drops at each location. The teams on both moves, one year apart, were so friendly, communicative, helpful and above all moved everything without a single moan or gripe. I used to live on the 16th floor (and 6th floor before that) and today one of the lifts wasn't working. There wasn't even a hint of annoyance or attitude. Nothing was damaged, everything was moved with care and precision and challenges were faced and overcome. Even the delicate bonsai tree was carefully relocated. It was also so quick considering the distances and multiple locations involved. I will be moving again in the future and I will be using Sunshine again, I wouldn't even consider another firm even if they offered their services free and Sunshine were twice as much as today. When you want to move home, use these guys to help with the logistics. They will remove any stress you have and help you above and beyond.

I recently used Sunshine removals for our house move from Kingston Upon Thames to Sussex. From first contact to moving day the team at Sunshine could not have been more helpful, communication was great and the guys who did the actual move were punctual, efficient and organised. Flawless service from initial quote through to moving day. Correspondence was prompt and all queries always followed up on, and moving day itself genuinely could not have been less stressful if they tried. Absolute smashing company! Every member of staff we met or spoke to was very polite, helpful, courteous and so easy to get on with. Our move day didn't go as planned due to things out of our control but the removal fellas wasn't phased and still got the job done. Honestly can't fault the company at all and would happily recommend to anyone needing removals. A++
