Sunshine Removals is a well-established removals and storage company led by directors Justin and Paul, who have nearly 30 years of combined experience.

Our Story

Our directors, Justin and Paul, started working together for another well-known Sussex based removal company towards the latter part of 2005, which is where their wealth of knowledge in the industry initially grew from.

Justin started off as a part time porter, then full time driver, then the business manager and subsequently went on to become the owner of his own franchise with a small fleet of luton vans. Year on year the franchise has grown from a one vehicle outfit to catering for moves that require upwards of five lutons.

Paul began his removal career as a driver, then supervisor and became the business manager shortly afterwards. He was an integral part of the company and helped it grow from a two vehicle business to an eleven vehicle business in a relatively short space of time.

Sam, Matt and Nick did a fantastic job on the day with the utmost care of our possessions. They were smiley, courteous, professional and respectful.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the second time I've used Sunshine removals and neither move has been straight forward. If I could mark them out of 100, I would give them 100. It's rare that a company can be perfect, but I cannot fault anything. The price, I believe was incredibly reasonable. The communication and flexibility - and also the understanding of the situation - was absolutely spot on. Todays move was Hove  Hove > Billingshurst > Barns Green. It involved multiple pickups and drops at each location. The teams on both moves, one year apart, were so friendly, communicative, helpful and above all moved everything without a single moan or gripe. I used to live on the 16th floor (and 6th floor before that) and today one of the lifts wasn't working. There wasn't even a hint of annoyance or attitude. Nothing was damaged, everything was moved with care and precision and challenges were faced and overcome. Even the delicate bonsai tree was carefully relocated. It was also so quick considering the distances and multiple locations involved. I will be moving again in the future and I will be using Sunshine again, I wouldn't even consider another firm even if they offered their services free and Sunshine were twice as much as today. When you want to move home, use these guys to help with the logistics. They will remove any stress you have and help you above and beyond.

From first contact to moving day the team at Sunshine could not have been more helpful, communication was great and the guys who did the actual move were punctual, efficient and organised. Every member of staff we met or spoke to was very polite, helpful, courteous and so easy to get on with. Our move day didn't go as planned due to things out of our control but the removal fellas wasn't phased and still got the job done. Honestly can't fault the company at all and would happily recommend to anyone needing removals. A++
